Please Join Us Today in Prayer

We believe in the power of prayer to heal sickness, to provide for families, to surround believers with a hedge of protection, and to change lives for the better. God’s Word tells us that all believers can go boldly unto the throne of grace in times of need, whether those needs be our own or those of others. Please join us in praying for others around the world.

Who We’re Praying For Today

Kenya: Recently, 20 non-local, mostly Christian employees at a government hospital warned workers of an imminent al-Shabab attack and then confronted the gunman — a surprising show of solidarity. Praise God for unity and His intervention.

China: Pray for Early Rain Covenant Church as it faces harassment. On December 9, 2018, local authorities raided Early Rain Covenant Church and arrested more than 100 church leaders and members, before confiscating the church’s property. While most of those arrested were released over the course of several months, the church’s lead pastor, Wang Yi, and elder Qin Derfu remain behind bars under trumped-up charges, cut off from communication with the outside world. Pastor Wang’s wife and son, along with his parents, have been closely watched by the police and no one knows their whereabouts. Read more on International Christian Concern.

Kenya Persecution Stats

Brother Enfu (anonymized) is the pastor of an unregistered church in China that could be raided and closed down at any time, as has happened to other churches in the area. Church members have been told to stop attending services or risk losing their jobs. Brother Enfu discusses the increasing persecution in China and how, despite this, the gospel continues to spread and bring ever more people to Christ.
